      Based on that article, I may need to look into getting some additional follow buttons too. There really is quite a selection of readers from which to choose.

      Oh yes, quite a bit of advice floats out there in cyberspace, and just a teeny tiny little fraction of it has to do with writing. Gotta love the information age.

    That exam is more of a checklist I think. :p Nothing wrong with many of those, as long as they have some uniqueness. Robert Jordan may have followed the hero's journey, but he did it really well. Only two apply to my novel outline/the couple thousand words I've actually written in full, another three partially. Oh, and who ever said the stew was any good? I can't imagine it takes more than a few minutes to boil rabbit and vegetables into an edible state.

      I came upon that exam (or another one very similar) a year or two ago and enjoyed checking things off (for good or ill) back then too. Gotta run get me some stew now. :-)

    12 angry men is possibly one of the best 'clasic' movies I've ever seen. Worth watching over again.

      It's good to know that the "follow by email" gadget actually works. I still haven't been able to find any way of knowing whether people are using it or not.

    So many great links today! I could relate a lot to the "writing with the ending in mind" one. I used to never write with a clear sense of the end, but now I make sure I do. (Like, I already know the very end of my webcomic, even though it'll be a few years before anyone else does, haha.) Knowing the end really is a great way to stay on track!

      It really does make things a lot easier when you know ahead of time how everything ends. I hope the end of your webcomic doesn't come TOO soon though!
